Released in 2022, this example introduces a host of subtle but functional refinements. Rolex slimmed the bezel slightly to accommodate a chamfered sapphire crystal, enlarged the date window by 8%, and quietly rebranded the titanium caseback as RLX Titanium. At the same time, it still measures an unapologetic 44mm in diameter, with the patented Ring Lock System and a steel Oyster bracelet. But one small omission caught the attention of seasoned collectors: the Fliplock extension system is gone. Inside, the 136660 is powered by the updated caliber 3235 movement with a 70-hour power reserve. The watch is available in black or the now-iconic “James Cameron” D-Blue gradient dial.
